Our insight paid off—as internet technology expanded and became more accessible, we were in a prime position to capture the many new real estate shoppers who were using the web to search for a new home. Knowing we were on the right track empowered us to keep thinking of new ways we could innovate within the internet real estate process. We built the most robust property listings search engine on the web, which helped match buyers with their ideal home purchases and sellers with their ideal buyers. We developed proprietary software that gave brokers and their clients an edge in finding great deals on the market first. We became experts on web strategies such as SEO and creating partnerships that granted our listings maximum exposure.
