The lower priced properties start in the low to mid $200,000s. These include a large number of mid-century raised ranches, split-levels and two-stories, some of which have been renovated with updated amenities and features. The most expensive residences in Bartlett include new construction brick homes with four or five bedrooms, luxury kitchens, hardwood floors and custom interior finishes. The top-market houses are generally priced in the $700,000s, however, there are a few properties with higher price tags.
