In a nutshell, Aaron provided me with top notch service in selling my condo in Evanston and I would recommend his services to anyone. It was a very complex transaction due to the existence of potential issues with the initial design of the building, and an ongoing lawsuit between the condo association and the developer. Aaron was extremely prompt and knowledgeable in addressing any questions I had; seamlessly worked with the buyer's agents, the attorneys, and other parties; and provided excellent and honest advice. He made what good have been a stressful and frustrating process a pleasant experience.
