Ashley is truthful, reliable, practical and focused on ensuring that you find a home that suits your needs and is within your budget. She assisted me with a purchase of a condo near the UIC. Initially she assisted my daughter with filtering out properties I would like, and when she took me to the showing, she had familiarized herself with my requirements also. She was knowledgeable about the area and researched any questions about which she lacked information. She was responsive, respectful and extremely patient. My daughter most appreciated her for not being pushy to make a sale, and being diligent. By her own admission, my daughter has advised that she often ran late to showings but Ashley was punctual, and when my daughter was late in responding to emails, Ashley was patient and followed up gently to obtain the required response to keep the search active. She did a terrific job and I would engage her realty services again should the need arise. Keep it up, Ashley.
