We chose Sam because she was an lgbt agent. She seemed capable and we did end up selling our home. This being said, unfortunately Sam was not accessible by phone and when we were able to connect she would defer to the real estate lawyer. We were buying a home in Denver and the contrast between our agents was astounding. The Denver agent made us feel like he was earning his money. Sam made us feel like we were a bother. This may or may not be accepted as constructive criticism but I hope it is taken this way. Sam is smart and capable but needs to work on her customer service after signing with a client.
