I just wanted to say a huge Thank you to Dan for his expertise in the sales process. I reached out to Dreamtown after a bad experience with another Realtor in Chicago. See I lost out on a home once because my former Realtor didnâ??t think I was serious about buying a second place as I already have one. See, I wanted a larger place as I outgrew my current space after 11 years living there. I work from home so my office was taking over my condo. I found a great house nearby and told Dan I wanted this home. He offered to show me others but I knew I really wanted this home.
