David Q Rosen represented us in the sale of our Evanston condominium. David listed the condo for sale on February 9, 2024. He had several showings the first weekend and received two offers. We accepted one of the offers, agreeing to close on March 8. In the course of due diligence, some previously undisclosed legal and structural issues with the condominium building came to light. This caused problems with the buyers' lender. David Q Rosen was unstinting in his efforts to clarify and address the issues with the condo board. He and our attorney communicated well with the buyers - they did not back out despite experiencing plenty of frustration and uncertainty. David also kept an open channel with the buyers' agent and mortgage broker. I believe that, without David's persistence and dedication, we would not have been able to sell at this time. In the end, after many many reschedulings, the sale closed on April 26, 7 weeks later than originally agreed. I highly recommend David Q Rosen's services. He is kind, efficient, knowledgeable, willing to do the hard things and a great communicator.
