Working with Ian is a GREAT experience. He is not only very active and engaged in the process, but also in prioritizing the client. He is personable and highly competent, being able to think on his feet and get the transaction done with ease. Ian is also very knowledgeable about construction and rehab, which simplifies the inspection process with fantastic follow through. YOu cannot ask for better customer service and a successful transaction...one of My Favorite People!
