Honestly, one of the best experience I ever had working with a realtor. As a first time home buyer, you are skeptical to see what way a realtor is going to lead you, some could be in it for their commission and not genuinely care about what you really want. I can say that was not the case with Ivan he took his time to show us different properties we were interested and gave us an honest opinion about the real estate market.
