Kelly was great from the start. Clearly she is well connected and was able to connect me with a pocket listing, which was ideal. We negotiated a fair price with the seller and it was honestly the easiest buying process I could imagine. No back and forth, just all straightforward step by step. One slight piece of feedback would just be to proactively remind a client when money is due a couple of days in advance, and that's mainly my fault for not better paying attention to deadlines. Otherwise, everything else was extremely smooth, and everyone she referred me to--John O'Leary, Guaranteed Rate, the home inspection service, etc--were great too.
