Linette is fantastic. I worked with her while selling my sisterâ??s condo after she passed away. It was an emotional and difficult sale for me. She streamlined the process for me. She found me a painter, found me a fabulous stager, and helped me arrange it all since I live in the suburbs. She priced it right and it sold after the first showing! Sheâ??s extremely knowledgeable of the current markets and sheâ??s so nice to work with. I couldnâ??t recommend her more!
