Lisa worked tirelessly on our behalf for simultaneous sell-buy transactions. She went above and beyond in helping us prepare our condo for sale by spending a Sunday evening (with her husband!) at our place doing cleaning, staging, and minor repairs in advance of showings. For our purchase, Lisa had an intuitive sense of our tastes and family/space/geography needs, and she keenly identified issues and opportunities related to those preferences. In both transactions, Lisa seemed to have a very good rapport with the opposite brokers, all the while negotiating very strongly to secure the best deals possible for us. We are sad in a sense to have successfully completed both deals, as we don't get to spend so much time with her anymore! We would strongly recommend Lisa to anyone seeking representation on either a sale or a purchase (or both!).
