Lisa is an amazing person & realtor. She really helped us with every step along the way in our home buying process. The place we settled on was way out of our budget, but Lisa's knowledge of the Chicago Market allowed us to offer low and eventually settle at a price that was in our range! Without Lisa, this wouldn't have been possible. I know this is just for buying the place, but she also was perfect when selling our place last year as well. It was sold with multiple offers within a week. Her marketing materials, advice on staging, & presence was instrumental in the selling of the home.
