My wife and I were first time condo buyers, and Marcia took the time to run us through the process and make sure that we understood everything. We were on an extremely tight time schedule, as our landlords were forcing us out right in the middle of our search. Marcia worked tirelessly to find us potential condos, and even helped find temporary apartments just in case we didn't close before we got booted out. When the time came to view some places, she was honest with us about her impressions while still being professional. When we found the place we wanted, the initial negotiation was tough for us. We were extremely nervous about whether or not we should meet the owner in the middle between what we each offered, but Marcia insisted that we shouldn't budge. She thought that the owner was asking for far too much. A total badass. And it worked! They agreed to our price, and we ended up getting the place. The closing process dragged on, but she was there for us with whatever we needed. Marcia fought for us, and frankly, we asked a lot from her. But she was a total pro all the way through. We can't recommend her enough.
