From our first point of contact to the closing and showing me into my new home Michael was incredibly professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Coming from Toronto, Canada he was able to help describe the differences in the real estate markets and the process of buying a home, and was able to use his great knowledge of Chicago to help me find a neighbourhood and building that suited my tastes and needs. He was able to give great in-depth detail on the wide variety of units that he showed me, and was able to accommodate my schedule and distance through skype viewings of units while I was in Toronto. He was able to do this all while being very patient and confident to insure that we did not rush into placing offers on units that we were not completely pleased with. Michael is a fantastic and very dedicated agent, with a keen mind for envisioning improvements in units with potential, and he has a confident, reliable, and relaxed demeanour that I was very appreciative of.
