We were selling our Chicago home from out of state. Thanks to Nicole, whole process felt much less overwhelming and, in retrospect, went fairly smoothly. She handled matters very professionally and we always had a sense that she knows what she is talking about and that she knows and LOVES her job inside out. At the same time she was very personable and down to earth, so we were comfortable having honest discussions upfront on all issues, from market prices to what repairs or concessions we were willing to make. She met with us numerous times during house prep and always provided valuable advice and reasonable, practical suggestions to improve house appeal. Her "little black book" with contacts for plumbers, cleaning ladies, attorneys, staging people, etc was a life saver, as we had been living outside of IL for over a decade. We left Chicago with the sense of total comfort leaving our house in her hands and care until closing day. We were were happy with the service Nicole provided us, particularly that we sold the house in 6 days for nearly 100% of asking price.
