I can't recommend Nicole enough. She recently sold our Chicago condo while we are living out-of-state. We put the unit on the market on a Friday, and by Saturday morning, it was under contract for asking price! I give all the credit to Nicole for her recommendations for pricing in a neighborhood with few comps. Nicole handled absolutely everything for us, including working with our contractor to finalize renovations, getting the condo market-ready and navigating the closing process. To top it off, she's a lovely person to work with! Very highly recommended.
