We didn't really anticipate looking for a home at the time we wound up looking for a home, but Scott helped make a stressful situation much easier. He took the time to understand what we wantedâ??which is important because I am extremely picky and very opinionated. I wouldn't have had much patience for a realtor who didn't seem to be able to focus on the things that actually mattered to me, but that was never a concern with Scott because he really listened to us. He helped answer questions and made suggestions that were very useful for us during the overall process. He was willing to provide commentary based on his experience while always giving us the opportunity and room to make our own decisions. From every step of the home-buying process, Scott made sure we had what we needed. He's very responsive and accommodating, which I appreciated because I work long hours and having to squeeze things in during normal 9-5 can be difficult and frustrating. With Scott's help, we found a home we liked, arranged financing, got an offer accepted, and closed. Now we're living in a place that's truly our own, and finally having a bedroom -with a door- after 15 years of renting a studio apartment is a positive feeling I'll be basking in for at least a few more monthsâ??if not 15 more years!
