Susan was a delight to work with. She's super smart, anticipates the needs of her clients, has at her command a wealth of resources to solve problems and advance the sale of a home, and was unfailingly upbeat. Her policy of NOT taking both sides of a transaction provides piece of mind to a seller. She did plenty of homework to arrive at a pricing recommendation and gauged the market correctly. Our house sold immediately at the ask. The buyers were well-qualified. Susan never surprised us. She constantly explained what was next, and how we'd get there. Notably, we went on an overseas vacation for 3 weeks immediately after signing on with Susan, and she handled everything. A true task completer and deal closer.
