Ted strategically positioned our property at the right price to drive an incredible amount traffic in the initial days of listing, which resulted in multiple offers that exceeded our expectations. Throughout both transactions, Ted remained focused on our interests, and a trusted advisor in so many areas. We hired Ted as our realtor, but ended up with a friend.
