Ted was excellent. Honestly, it is only in retrospect that I realize how valuable it was having Ted as our agent. He saved us from buying a number of problems that I am certain we would have regretted. He really educated us in the process of looking for a home and as a result we are so very happy (so far!) with the home that we purchased. Ted was very accommodating and reassuring all along the way.
