Ted is a great and very knowledgeable professional agent and I very much appreciated his dedication to help me to find the best possible property that fits my needs. He knows the Chicago neighborhoods very well and helped me to narrow down the properties based on multiple factors. During the whole process, he provided really good inputs and was available for calls 24/7. He also prepared me very well for the buying process to avoid any surprises. He has also a very good network of other professionals required in the process (lawyers, mortgage brokers, etc.). Overall, it was a 5 star experience and I will work with Ted again if I am planning to do any other transaction in the Chicago area.
