The realtor-client relationship is one that is like finding a good therapist. It can really depend on personality and compatibility which has nothing to do with ability. Somehow this ended up being a perfect fit for me and that made the entire process so easy and smooth. I felt like we were always on the same page, and I always felt like I would get an honest answer that was in my best interest, and not just the answer I wanted. Aside from that, though, when it comes to knowledge of the city and of the business, there is no one more capable and willing to go the extra mile to make sure things are done correctly. In such a cutthroat industry, it was refreshing that extra care was given to make sure that every step of the process was taken scrupulously and meticulously. I could not have had a better experience.
