Over the past year Aaron has aided me in property search. After pursing several properties on which we could not come to terms, Aaron presented me with a foreclosure he had walked through (after listening to my desires he found something that was a fit). Aaron helped me work through and negotiate with Fannie Mae to get a great deal on a property. Aaron's counsel was very valuable as he advised me of some of the pitfalls to be aware throughout the process. Last once I owned the property, Aaron helped me rent it. Let me say, having Aaron to help with the rental process was priceless.
