5 stars doesnt even start to describe how outstanding Abby is. As a second time buyer but first time seller she walked us through every step and took unbelievable care of us. Abby answered our texts at 6:45am through 10:30pm, so we always felt like she was there for us. She did a ton of homework on our area/comps suggested a selling price and we ended up getting 20 offers in one week of listing.
