Abby helped us find our first home in Spring 2022, and were so glad she did! There are many apps that can help you get appointments or look at pictures- but having Abby at our appointments looking at the houses was what we really needed. Her knowledge about each neighborhood we looked at helped us narrow our scope. During walk throughs she pointed out how different aspects of a house would affect us because she was always conscious of what we were looking for. Abbys experience was apparent when estimating costs of repairs and how high a priority it was. Always transparent, she let us know what she thought a house was worth and provided advice on offers/counter offers when asked. Because the market was so incredibly hot, Abby encouraged us to reach out asap if there was a house we wanted to see so she could set up an appointment. Throughout the whole process her communications with us were swift and friendly. We were able to find a house in our budget in an area we liked with qualities we were looking for. We would recommend Abby to anyone looking for a realtor who is professional, friendly, and highly skilled at home hunting.
