You listened carefully and met all of our requirements. When we visited Chicago over a year later you spent endless hours showing us around. Once we found the unit we liked we gave you a ridiculous task of getting us a good deal. You did not hesitate at all. At every stage of the transaction you diligently proceeded with our request. You negotiated on our behalf and landed the unit at a very reasonable price. But you did not stop there. You then made life easier for us by assisting us in finding an attorney, an architect, an engineer and construction professionals. Lastly, on Friday June 11th at approximately 10pm our son informed us that he had to vacate his dorm by 3pm on Saturday. We called you at 10:15pm on Friday and by 2pm on Saturday you located a storage place, organized a couple of movers and rented a van. You moved our kid's belongings to the storage place and saved the day. Again you approached this without any hesitation or ambivalence. This we can never repay. We truly enjoyed working with you and will always consider you first for all of our real estate transactions in Chicago. I highly recommend you as a real estate professional.
