Andre Nguyen is an excellent realtor. He has helped us with the purchase of our condo in West Loop. Andre's perseverance and patience was key in our search. We gave him our wants and desires for a home and told him what we wanted to stay away from. He took our criteria and combined it with his knowledge of the West Loop to find several different properties for our viewing. His honesty and straight forwardness was very refreshing when we had many questions for him. We did not have the same experience when we spoke with other realtors. I also learned that Andre's expertise of properties and neighborhoods isn't limited to only Chicago. He has a vast understanding of the Suburbs as well. Andre's knowledge combined with his experience was none like we had ever come across during the duration of our search for a home. We were so pleased with Andre's results and real estate savvy, we quickly referred him to all our friends who were in the market for a home. He's not only a great realtor, but as we learned, he became a great friend.
