Overall incredibly smooth and informed experience. Anya and her team have provided step by step guidance without trying to be pushy. We felt very comfortable and loved the fact that response to inquiries were very fast. It was a long process but the result was everything that my family wanted and more. Anya was dedicated to our cause and very understanding to our changes of directions couple of time during the search. We learned a lot and think that Anya's knowledge and experience opened additional avenues that we never thought about. One thing that is truly amazing is the easy of buying a house. Search was hard enough due to our damands, but buying process was incredibly easy. This was all due to her attentive approach and great support team.
