Anya came highly recommended to me through a colleague, and later I found out she had helped another colleague of ours with her purchase, so I believe that makes her the official realtor of my workplace. I was working with another realtor prior to Anya, and I was miserable. The responsiveness, enthusiasm and knowledge of that person was really lacking, and as a first time home buyer on a tight budget, I was already nervous enough without having to worry about having confidence in my realtor. When Anya came into the picture, it was smooth sailing. The process became fun again. I told her what was on my must have list, and what my dealbreakers were, and my target areas, and she went to work. It didn't take long- I purchased the second property we saw. She referred me to a lender who was able to match me with a perfect loan to fit my needs, and an attorney who took ownership over all the details of the purchase. The team she assembled helped make this process painless for me. As I write these words, I sit in my new home, listening to a neighbor play violin. A beautiful soundtrack to the end of my moving day. I couldn't be happier or more grateful for everything Anya did to make sure this became my home sweet home sweet.
