Ben Bodelson is a terrific realtor! I had lived in the same place for quite a while and had not really explored my options in neighborhoods or even what I was really looking for. Ben patiently showed me a variety of properties online in my price range, then took me to various places to expose me to different styles, areas, etc. He had an amazing knowledge of buildings, price points, the other costs associated with a new home, and the areas they were in. Ben's vast knowledge, combined with his energetic personality and wonderful sense of humor, made this whole process so much more pleasant. I really enjoyed the time I spent with him. I ended up purchasing an amazing condo for over $100,000 less than the previous owners had paid for it! Ben was there every step of the way, responding instantly to my questions and concerns whether I contacted him at 10am or 10pm, seven days a week. I cannot believe how passionate and committed he was to finding me the perfect place in a great location at a fantastic price! Ben knows the Chicago market inside out!
