We could not have gotten luckier finding Beverly when looking for our first home. Beverly was willing to have the unique experience of taking us on video chat tours of houses while we were out of the country. She did a magnificent job of pointing out the strengths and weakness of various homes without making us feel pressured either way. She is a ninja at tricky bidding scenarios, so we always felt like we put our best foot forward in on a bid. When Beverly truly shines, however, is after you've won the bid. She is an expert at navigating the ins and outs of closing, including a lot of unique nuances we had because we were buying from a relocation company. I felt like she was there to see us through every twist and turn, and she provided a ton of resources from an amazing inspector to a list of what we needed to do to prepare. Moreover, you want her at your closing table, because you will feel protected even in the smallest circumstances. We recommend Beverly without hesitation and she is certainly our forever realtor.
