I had an excellent experience working with Bobby. He was prepped well for every showing, and asked detailed questions (HOA regulations, reserves, taxes, etc) at each location that gave me confidence in my condo purchase. He was excellent in handling negotiations with the seller and I feel strongly that he got me the best deal possible on my condo. He was available by phone or text 100% of the time to answer any question I had, and it was no surprise hes been recommended by so many. Throughout the process it seemed that everything went incredibly smoothly, only taking 1 month from placing an offer to taking ownership all while Ive been living on the East Coast. My attorney, mortgage broker, friends and family all raved about Bobby, noting how valuable it is to have that open line of communication with your agent and having one be such a strong advocate for his clients. Bobby just handled everything that came up, showing his experience and knowledge in this field which created a stress free experience. 10/10.
