At Dream Town Realty, there are two Brendan Murphy's. I cannot comment on the Brendan Murphy at the Lincoln Square office, BUT I cannot say enough good things about the Brendan Murphy at the Lincoln PARK Office! He actually contacted me by email, when my i-Pad couldn't fill out the Dream Town forms online. "Nobody gets a broker that way," is what my savvy Manhattan friends said. Well, I did and, boy, are my husband and I glad. The man was available to email me in New York City for the month before we arrived in Chicago. He steered me away from listings that were made of shoddy building material. He devoted two full days to us when we arrived and we hit the ground running. Bottom line - he was pleasant, funny, fatherly (even though he's younger than we are) and smart. We saw the best examples of homes that Evanston and Chicago had to offer and on the second day, much to our surprise, we found our dream home. He negotiated a fair price for us and is currently handling inspections and paperwork now that we are back in Manhattan, packing up and getting ready to move. You can't do better than this guy. He's terrific.
