No one works harder to market a property, no one is more tuned into the local dynamics of the real estate market, and no one is more pleasant to deal with. When it came time for my son and my daughter to purchase their first homes, Brendan was the only one I told them to call. Of course, he found each of them the perfect home. He also recently sold a townhouse of mine in Lincoln Park which had a number of issues and now is handling the sale of another townhouse for me. I don't know if Brendan ever sleeps. He is simply amazing.
