Brian came into our life when my spouse and I, as first-time buyers, were truly despairing. We had just been burned by our experience trying to buy a home with a previous broker and Brian was recommended by our attorney, who must have taken pity on us being so far out of our depth. But from our very first conversation with Brian, he was professional, empathetic and incredibly knowledgeable, not just of the nuts and bolts of the home buying process but of the very experience of us putting our faith in another human being to help us make such a major life choice. Long story short, he was the best possible guide we could have had on this journey. He was always responsive, superbly knowledgeable about homes and home inspections and very attuned to neighborhoods and what value they could deliver. When we put in an offer, Brian negotiated a brand new roof and appliances, making our future home even more move-in ready than we could have imagined. That he did this just as the pandemic was hitting the US was all the more impressive. Thanks to Brian, we now have a home and shelter and we are very vocal about recommending him to any of our friends looking to buy. This man really did make our dreams come true.
