It is clear that moving and finding a new place is a very stressful experience. However, working with Cally, made the whole experience fun and less nerve-wrecking than it would have been otherwise. Going out to see condos felt like an adventure, an exciting and fun one! Cally rapidly understood what was important to me. I would say she has a very keen eye to grasping the client's personality and needs. She took the time to get to know me so she could do a better job suggesting places she thought I'd like. She learned from my comments and by the end I think she could have made the decision herself, and I would have agreed completely. This was my first buying experience and I knew very little of the whole process and the specific jargon used in the real estate world. Cally was great at explaining things. I felt I understood exactly in what part of the process I was. Cally was always available to answer my questions via cell phone or email. Cally was always positive and enthusiastic and worked hard to find the best place for me.
