We were very lucky to have Dan as our realtor when we bought our property a year ago. Not only was he very thorough and detailed but he fought tooth and nail to get us the best deal possible. Dan is a great guy and he also helped steer us to the perfect contractor to do renovations. I highly recommend anyone looking to buy talk with him first.
