Dave helped me find an apartment building. He sent me many listing and coordinated the showing for numerous buildings. He kept me informed and got back to me right away with answers to questions that I had. We made offers on a few of the buildings that we toured. He helped negotiate the terms on these buildings and helped negotiate the final terms on the building that I purchased. Dave was instrumental in the building that I purchased. I will continue to use Dave in the future to purchase other buildings.
