I really enjoyed my experience with Dave. I met him while looking at a home through a Zillow search. The home was not for me, but I ended up meeting an amazing realtor. Dave found me my dream home and went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. I had to do some construction on the new place and even though it was not part of his job as a realtor he helped me search for a contractor by calling them and setting up appointments for me. It was so helpful as I travel internationally for work. Once I found my new home, I had to sell my current home. Dave put it on the market and within 3 weeks I had an offer and he negotiated to the price that I was expecting. I highly recommend working with Dave if you are considering buying or selling. I will definitely recommend him to others and continue to use him in the future - although I hope to live in my beautiful home for a long time.
