Dave was awesome. We saw a lot of homes and kept coming back to one that needed some work. Dave was great about working with the contractor and very knowledgeable about remodels in the area. We ended up in a competitive bid situation and Dave was so good about providing ideas to be very competitive while not overpaying for the property. If I ever move, would definitely work with Dave again. Top notch experience.
