Dee is absolutely the best! My family and I started looking at houses pre-covid, but it was not the right time financially. Dee was understanding and she was ready to help again when we tried again this year. She knew what type of house we wanted so with her expertise, she would always give us the rundown on the houses we look at. She is very responsive with any text/call and will answer any question without sugarcoating so we appreciated that about her. Because of the market right now, we were looking at houses left and right, and Dee was always available to do a house tour. Once we finally found a house we really wanted, her negotiation and communication skills truly made an impact on us getting the contract! It was an incredibly long process and we hit some bumps along the way, but we were very grateful for Dee's patience working with us. We highly recommend her as a realtor, not only because of her expertise but of how much she cares about the buyer. We put our trust in her and she worked hard to accommodate us with our needs. Dee is one of the big reasons we are now enjoying our beautiful home!
