I used her to buy my first home and now to sell my first and upgrade to an investment property. She was an invaluable resource as we decided to make this change, having done it many times herself. She helped us narrow our neighborhood window and find and get into competitive properties before anyone else. With her help, we closed quickly on a dream investment property and closed on our first home with difficult buyers at the same time. Whew! Can wait to do it again but when we are ready, we won't use anyone else.
