Giancarlo identified a fantastic property and alerted us to how well-appointed it was compared to other properties. He worked on our behalf with a very difficult agent and seller, but got the deal done nonetheless. Giancarlo partnered with our mortgage banker and lawyer to make the experience as easy as possible for us; many times volunteering to take on tasks that weren't necessarily his responsibility.
