This is the best experience I have had with a realtor. Glen Tomlinson was so honest, I didn't feel like it was a sales pitch just so he could get the listing. He really knew what he was doing, he had some very creative ideas. He knew I wanted to sell quickly, I also indicated to him upon our first meeting that I did not want to hear my home is worth so much and then he come back to me 4 weeks later telling me we need to reduce the price. That seems to be a game some realtors play. He completely understood and respected my situation. Glen Tomlinson was great. He took a good amount of time to do a market comparison to back up what he suggested we should do as far as marketing and price. It was clear he knew his job, was familiar with the area and the market activity for that specific time of the year.Pam Illy
