Home buying can be a terrifying ordeal. The choices to make, time pressing in, can cause a person to lose their focus and make poor choices regarding potential home purchases. When we began working with Grace, we had no idea what to expect. She expanded our search horizons, opening our eyes to properties that we did not even know were within our reach, and steered us away from properties and choices that were potentially disastrous. Grace really worked hard for us. When we needed more information, or were looking for something else in a home, she found what we were looking for, gave us options that helped us really zero in on the best home for us, and helped us negotiate a price that we did not think was possible. Without being hyperbolic at all, without her help, we would not have found the home we are living in now, and we would not have been as happy.
