When I needed to sell my home, the market was such that I felt I had to sell by owner in order to make a profit. It was for sale for over two months with no real activity. During this time many Realtors® tried to persuade me to list the home with them, but in all cases, the recommended sales price minus the commission would have left me break even. Ivah, however, did such a thorough analysis of the market that her recommended price range allowed me the profit I needed and covered the commission. The only thing to do next was wait for a qualified buyer. The wait was less than a week! The sale went through quickly; I was very satisfied with the negotiated price, and I had Ivah to help me throughout the process. A month later, Ivah had our condo listing.
