Jeanette was awesome right from the start! She reached out to me when I first started a search. It was early in the game and she understood that and let me browse without bother. When my search started to pick up she reached back out and we started the process of finding a home. Jeanette being very proactive but also respectful of our search time between contact was a perfect mix and immediately felt comfortable without any pressure. When we found some places we wanted to see Jeanette quickly arranged showings on our time without any issue. She also walked us through the entire process from start to finish. We are new buyers in the US so the whole process was new and different from what we were used to. Jeanette was patient and helped explain each step along the way. Every suggestion she provided was also great! We used her suggestions for our lawyer, mover, and window coverings. Jeanette was truly a one contact source for of our home buying needs. She had much more to offer beyond what we required and it was truly wonderful to have her as our agent. Jeanette made the home buying process easy and stress free.
