Sorry if this is a bit long, but Jen deserves all the praise we can give. Jen helped us buy our first home and we couldn't have asked for a better partner in that search. When we initially reached out to her, she was immediately responsive and although our plans to buy were many months in the future, she stayed in touch and met with us to go over all the things we needed to consider at every step of the way. When we had reached the point of actually searching, she kept us apprised of the considerations she had already mentioned to us. Once we had found the "one" she was on top of all the questions and negotiations with the seller. In addition to that, we had the pleasure of closing on our first home during the stay-at-home order in Chicago, and while she couldn't be there physically with us, she was texting and calling throughout the day to make sure everything went smoothly. Not only is her demeanor incredibly professional, but she also made us feel comfortable around her which allowed us to be open and ask as many questions as we needed. Being first time home buyers, we sure had a lot! There is no better person, in my opinion, to be a partner in your search for your next home.
