My husband and I worked on 4 transactions with Jill and her team within the past 14 months. Buying and selling at the same time (twice) is very stressful and totally not recommended. Jill and her team reduced my level of stress by always being responsive and working beyond the scenes to get the deal done. Getting under contract is actually the easy part, its everything in between the signed contract and the closing day where anything could happen.
